My Background
Hello! I am originally from Kokomo, Indiana, a little town about 30 miles due north of Indianapolis. Growing up we lived in many different cities and I went to several different schools. I always found peace in photography, drawing, arts and crafts, and reading.
I also love to bake so I have added some fun photos of some of my Sassy Sweets. @Salenas_Sassy_Sweets

I use many different mediums, such as wood, metal, fabric, paper, spray paint, resin, just to name a few. I love mixing the different textures together to give dimension. Each idea manifests in its own individual style, as with my photos, in which I typical find an abstract angle that pleases me most.

I am inspired by everything: clouds, architecture, automobiles, trees, the sun, the moon , a blade of grass or a drop of water, an old chair, or a pile of springs. Art is everywhere. Maybe an amazing photograph, piece of upcycled furniture or a memory quilt, pillow, or teddy bear as a reminder of good times or a lost loved one.
